OUNDED IN NEW YORK CITY in 1994, Zeuxis began as an association of painters exploring the possibilities of still life—traditionally the least prestigious of genres—in the post-Modernist art world. To date, Zeuxis has organized over forty exhibitions around the country. These shows have included such notable guest artists as Wayne Thiebaud, Nell Blaine, Lois Dodd and many others.

Still, Blue will be on view at First Street Gallery, 526 West 26th Street, New York February 4 through March 1, 2014.

We're also happy to present several recent videos featuring Zeuxis and Zeuxis artists: the panel "You Make Your Own Luck" which took place at MICA on February 10, 2013, in conjunction with The Common Object exhibition, and a segment about the installation of Reflections at Lindenwood University..
